You can play your favorite Android games – and other apps – from the comfort of your computer without having to connect your phone or adjust your monitor. BlueStacks is resource intensive so you need to be careful not to slow down your computer games on your computer, but at a cost. Android games have come a long way lately and it’s no wonder you want to play the best games wherever you go, even if it’s on your computer. Adding Android Games and Apps Adding games and apps is pretty straightforward – BlueStacks is definitely for gamers, but there’s no reason you can’t download another type of app. However, if you are looking for an Android emulator for other reasons (like development), maybe you should check out something more like Genymotion. To do this, you need to sign in to the Google account associated with your Android phone. You can search for apps directly from the Play Store using BlueStacksor. However, it is installed through the Play Store. When you find the game you want to play, it installs into the app just like it does on your phone, but won’t sync. The games you installed through BlueStacks are not available on your phone. If you have a game installed on your phone, you will need to download it again to use it in BlueStacks. Promote the best performance If you plan to use BlueStacks, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the settings. There are two reasons. Since the games available on Bluestacks are mobile games, not all are designed to use a keyboard and mouse. If you look at the settings, you’ll see all of the options available to improve your interaction with the game. Open Advanced Game Controls (the keyboard icon on the right) to see what’s on offer. Another reason you’ll probably want to check the settings is that BlueStacks is unfortunately slow. We played a few games during testing and the games went well, but opening games, finding, and changing cards are quite slow. Other users have reported that other processes on the computer may become slower while using BlueStacks, but we haven’t noticed. WhateverEither, the app offers advice on how to speed up BlueStacks. We recommend you, be careful! Better Control of Android Games When playing the game through BlueStacks, all game control options are located on the right side of the screen. Some of them, like full screen, are standard, while others focus on Android emulation. How often you use these options depends on the games you play. However, take a look to see which of them might be particularly useful for you. Among other things, you can capture screenshots and videos, capture macros (to automate actions), set your real or fake location, rotate the screen, shake the screen, and access advanced mobile controls that allow you to manage mobile applications from your computer. You can save configuration settings for later use or even run multiple instances of BlueStacks for stubborn Android fans. If you have decided that you need to play Android games on your computer, BlueStacks is not a bad option. It has improved dramatically over the past few years and if you can overcome the speed issues it does a pretty good job of transferring Android games to your computer. Whether it’s better for you than competitors like Nox App Player and KOPLAYER probably depends on the games you play (each has certain advantages and disadvantages).
