Dr. Shesh Ghale has been the Chairman and Executive Director of MIT Group Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Australia, since 2000. He served as the President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) from 2013 to 2017 and was the Honorary Consular General of Nepal in Victoria, Australia, from 1997 to 2000. In recognition of his distinguished service and contributions to Australian higher education, urban preservation, and the people of Nepal, Dr. Ghale was honored with the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa by Federation University of Australia.

Mr. Kul Acharya is a respected social worker and businessman based in the United Kingdom. He has previously served as the Vice President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) and is currently an Advisor to the NRNA International Coordination Council (ICC). Mr. Acharya has also held key positions as the President of the NRNA UK chapter and Europe Regional Coordinator of the NRNA.As the Chairman of the Holy Cow Group in London, he has made significant investments in various projects in Nepal. Mr. Hikmat Thapa is a graduate in Food Technology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He served as the Treasurer of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) International Coordination Council (ICC) from 2015 to 2019 and has been actively involved with various national and international social and business organizations. Mr. Thapa is the founding Chairman of NRN Africa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and a Director of Pokhara WASH Pvt. Ltd., reflecting his commitment to both business development and social initiatives.

Dr. Thapa holds a PhD in Economics from the Donetsk Institute of Industrial Economics, Academy of Sciences. With over two decades of experience in the banking sector, he has previously served as CEO of Prabhu Finance Company Limited and Pokhara Finance Limited.Dr. Thapa was honored with the "Mahendra Bidhya Bhushan: First" award in 2052 by the late King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. He played a pivotal role as one of the founding promoters of Prabhu Bank Limited and Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited. Currently, he also serves on the board of directors at NLG Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Pokharel began his career at Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal, in March 1988, and served until March 2018. Throughout his tenure, he held various key positions, including Executive Director of the Foreign Exchange Management Department and General Service Department, as well as Director of the Bank and Financial Institution Regulation Department and the Economic Research Department.From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Pokharel worked as an Advisor to the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC, on deputation. During his time at NRB, he also served as a board director and member of recruitment committees for prominent financial institutions, including Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) and Rural Micro Credit Development Centre (RMDC).
