Mr. Bashyal is a distinguished professional with a Master's degree in Business Studies (MBS) and Bachelor's in Law (LLB) from Tribhuvan University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, accredited by the CFA Institute, USA, and is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), USA. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the Nepalese capital market, Mr. Bashyal has been actively involved in numerous industry forums and discussions. His contributions extend to prestigious organizations, including the National Planning Commission, Parliamentary Finance Committee, Town Development Fund, UNCDF, UNDP, Social Security Fund, Revenue Board of Nepal, and the Employee Provident Fund (EPF).

Mr. Malla is a distinguished professional with a robust academic background and over a decade of diverse experience in finance, law, and Taxation. He holds a Master degree in Commerce (M.Com) from the University of Pune, Maharashtra, India and Bachelor in Law (LLB) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and awaiting the completion of his thesis on Master’s degree in Rural Development (MA.RD) from Tribhuvan University. In addition, Mr. Malla has perused the Chartered Accountancy professional course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Pune Chapter, demonstrating his professional experience in financial and Auditing matters. He is the Disciple of Chartered Accountancy professional course. Mr. Malla brings over 11 years of comprehensive work experience in finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and law to the table. Notably, he has garnered 4 years of invaluable experience as a Finance Manager at Sino Hydro Corporation Limited, a prominent Chinese Multinational Company (MNC) specializing in hydropower and infrastructure development with a global footprint in the hydropower and infrastructure sectors. Furthermore, Mr. Malla has accumulated more than 7 years of working experience in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm in India, where he served as an Audit Associate and Intern.

Mr. Adhikari is an experienced Advocate with over four years of expertise in commercial law practice and compliance. He holds a Master's degree in International Trade Law, along with a Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B.). Before his current position at NRN Investment and Development Limited, he served as the Legal and Dispute Unit Lead at Khalti Private Limited and worked as a Legal Researcher at the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI). Additionally, he is a faculty member specializing in Company Law at the Kathmandu School of Law.
