Jiba Lamichhane is an accomplished entrepreneur and one of the founding members of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). He also served as the President of the International Coordination Council (ICC) of NRNA, where he played a pivotal role in uniting the global Nepali diaspora. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Moscow State University, Russia. For his exceptional contributions to Nepal and the Nepali diaspora, he was honored with the prestigious “Prawal Janasewshree” award by the President of Nepal, Dr. Ram Baran Yadav. In addition to his professional achievements, Jiba Lamichhane is also a published author. His travel memoir, ‘Sarsarti Sansaar,’ offers insights into his experiences and reflections.

Dr. Shesh Ghale has been the Chairman and Executive Director of MIT Group Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Australia, since 2000. He served as the President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) from 2013 to 2017 and was the Honorary Consular General of Nepal in Victoria, Australia, from 1997 to 2000. In recognition of his distinguished service and contributions to Australian higher education, urban preservation, and the people of Nepal, Dr. Ghale was honored with the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa by Federation University of Australia.
